Default Need help with Fuel Management CTSC/AC

I did some reading in the FAQ, but nothing too specific.

I have an 03 with a comptech SC (A/C'ed) with an ASP 3.85'' pulley. I'd really like to clean up my 'bumpy' dyno chart and smooth out the A/F ratio and powerband (maybe get a 3.25'' pulley too?). Everything besides the pulley, from the comptech kit to the motor is 'stock.' Its currently running about 7 PSI, and super rich below 5k RPM and super lean above 5k.

Once i clean up the powerband, and hopefully add more boost (8.5 -9lb?), i dont plan on any future power upgrades; so no need to worry about 'expandability.'

My question is, for my particular setup and wants, should i go AEM EMS, Emanage Ultimate, or Emanage Blue?

I know i'll need:
injectors, but not sure what size (500? 750?)
3mm head gasket (not sure if its necessary for 8 or 9 lbs)
PnP harness (what brand?)
a tune (i hear you can tune Emanage yourself with the software and a laptop)

Thanks in advance everyone, you sexy FI gurus

If you stay 7 psi you can get away with an emanage blue.

If you go 8-9 psi you do not need a head gasket, but you need bigger injectors 440 or 550's. You can definitely get away with an Ultimate Emanage, but AEM would be better but twice the cost.

Boomslang makes the pnp harnesses.

I'm runnning RC550 injectors on stock HG. I suggest you get the RC650's if not going over 10psi.

good info! The cost difference beteween the blue and Ultimate are pretty marginal, but between greddy and AEM is a MONSTER difference!

Is the boomslang harness for AEM or Greddy? I also heard of a 'frog' harness. Know anything about tuning Emanage?

Thanks!

If your going to increase your boost, injectors,& HG I would go with AEM and just
go all out. 12psi at least. Its not going to cost you more money for the increased
boost at that stage. Because your already buying pulley, injectors,HG etc.... So just
go for it. You may say now ehhhh I don't need that much. But you will

i went to boomslang's website, and there are a few options for the s2000 Emanage ultiamte harness, like air+water input, air+knock input, etc.

I assume this is so you can select which ECU output is going into the Emanage's 2 input ports?

Which do i want? I would think Air + Knock.
