need help on turbo s2000 ?

Default need help on turbo s2000 ?

i have custom turbo kit with pfab log manifold with 38mm tial wg
everthing seems ok but the car boost 0.4 bar until 7000rpm after 7000rpm it boost 1.0 bar and stays there .
By the way my tial spring is 1.0bar and i am using Fcon Pro
need everyones help

boost leak... or you have a huge leak in the exhaust side before the turbo... what size turbo???

1 bar == 14.5psi dude.
Doh. Didn't read that last bit about your spring.

we have checked the car there is no leak anywhere my turbo is gt30r(BB)

Without reading that you had a 1bar spring I'd assumed you were trying to get less then 14psi.

no i am trying to make it 1.0bar always but it doesn't get over 0.4bar until 7000rpm

In what gear? That's somewhat reasonable in first gear. If it does that in third or fourth gear, you have a big leak or a other problem.

Check your couplers. The one coming off your compressor housing may be loose, or have a hole in it from heat.
