Hey guys ...

Installing a used Vortech SC kit from an 03 to an 04 model. The kit was kept in the garage for a while and several parts got mixed up, recovered lot of it and also test fitted into the car. If anyone could help with the complete part list for the SC?

Need to know the following:

- Part list
- ECU is missing (can we buy it new or used from somewhere, the plug an play which comes with the kit)
- Instructions/installation manual is very important as well.

The kit was runing perfectly fine in the previous car, it was upgraded to MOTEC M400 and i think the ECU was misplaced then. THe new owner does not want to run the car with MOTEC.

Vortech has install manuals on their site. Your car looks just like mine Are those LE28s?

 

Couldnt find, since there are many kits for the S2000, and we dont know which kit is this. There is a model number on the kit which i can post here if anyone can tell which kit it is?

 

It should say V1, V2 or V3 on it. Can you post a pic?

 

Oh ... this is very old pic. The car is white now, with spoon front fenders, HD and Advan RS gold wheels. Will update the signature soon ...

 

I am trying to check, cos the sticker came off. but i do have pictures of the car on which this was on before. Any other way of checking the same?

 

Ok i did find the installation manual ... but ECU is still missing. Will show the manual to the mechanic. Any other ECU with Easy installs and tune? Hondata?

 

I believe mine has a plate that is riveted or welded to the supercharger that says "Model V2" or something like that. Does yours not have that plate? You can see what I'm talking about in this pic:

Yes ... will check this tomorrow morning at the garage. It does have a part number written as well. Will take pics as well and upload em.

 

BTW I don't think the Vortech comes with an ECU unless that is a V1 thing.
