Default Need Oil Filter Relocation....?

I am in the process of installing my spugen turbo kit. I was under the impression that I would not have to relocate my oil filter. Does anyone have any cost effictive set ups? I really dont want to spend $250 for a UR unit. How much are the inline pro kits when not buying the turbo kit along with it?

Also my kit would fit if I didnt have the factory oil cooler...is the stock unite really needed? I would feel a lot safer with it on.

If anybody has one for sale let me know. I need one asap.

Thanks
Martin

who told you to take it off? was it because the lines going to the cooler were too long?
Cooler oil will help keep the oil pressure up.....not to mention prolong the life of the oil....

The turbo really heats the shit outta the oil...In the summer with my turbo gsr I was seeing scorchingg oil temps, because I never added an oil cooler.....

Numerous sources told me to remove it. Yes the lines make it drop pressure, a bit much

So it is a bad idea to run without the stock oil cooler? Duc from spugen told me that they have been running every kit without the stock oil cooler. They just get a 99 civic si oil filter adapter. That way the nipple is shorter and it sits flush against the bock.
