Move your catch tank to the PCV line, not the front breather hose. It won't be collecting any oil in the front breather.

Your vacuum T to the BOV is spliced into the EVAP purge hose. Not the best location, but it should work. Are you using an EMS? If you are don't T off the purge hose, just run you vacuum hose to the Purge hose port in the manifold. The EMS doesn't run any of the emissions controls anymore.

My BOV line is T'd off one of the hoses that runs to the air pump control solenoid, next to the throttle body inlet.

I used to get oil out the breather line with my SC and turbo. I assume it was because of the low pressure at the inlet of the charger sucking it down. And possibly some pressurisation of the valve cover due to the PCV not doing it's job.

But putting a catch tank there is not fixing the problem. Perhaps eliminate the problem by installing Krank Vents.

Moving the catch can away from a heat source allows the "hot" gasses to cool causing the particulates to condensate and drop to the bottom of the can.

I have seen Slows can first hand and its a very nice piece of engineering.

thx for the inputs. will relocate the can.

trying to find the location for T for the BOV.

i am guessing the T for the wastegate since no 1 mention anything about it.

again thx for the help. My friends suppose to help (with pay) with the turbo....but he bailed after he installed the oil return line wrong. A shop installed the turbo but they T off my pcv for BOV and wastegate...from what i learned reading in this fourm.. its not good. now i am up the creek without a paddle.. learning as i go.

The fitting behind the throttle body in your last pic is also to the EVAP purge. There is a hard line under the intake manifold which has 2 outlets. 1 goes to the line you currently have your BOV T. The other end goes to the fitting behind the throttle body.

You can remove the 2 hoses from the EVAP purge and use these for WG and BOV. No T's required. You can only do this because you are using a EMS. Stock PCM cars need these hooked up.

There is a Vacuum diagram in the Helm manual which shows where all the OEM hoses go.

The Vacuum hoses to the Air pump control solenoid valve and the Air pump control valve on the intake manifold can also be eliminated when using the EMS.

Here's a similarly equipped car that has had the air pump control valve and solenoid removed.
