would this set up work?

if not.....
"You can remove the 2 hoses from the EVAP purge and use these for WG and BOV. No T's required. You can only do this because you are using a EMS. Stock PCM cars need these hooked up. "- slows2k.

if i unhook these am i suppose to seal up the connection intake manifold or just leave them open? i mean the 2 Evap purge hose i unplugged.

Remove the T you currently have. Remove the hose, and hard pipe that goes to the fitting next to the PCV valve line, and the other fitting behind the throttle body.

With the 2 open fittings you now have, run 1 line to you BOV. Run the other to the WG.

when i remove the hard fitting and behind the throttle body. it wont leave an opening in the intake manifold?

It would, but you can use that open fitting to run either your WG or BOV
