Default Need some opinions

Okay so my current setup is as follows:
Stock motor
93octane
Mase Engineering Kit with 6262bb .63 a/r
ID1000's
Adjustable FPR
3.90 Final
412whp@14psi on mustang dyno

First opinion.
I got the 3.90 gear when I bought my rear in hopes of one day making 500+whp and using the extra gearing, now that I have it and don't have that type of power on pump gas (at this time) I feel the extra length is unnecessary and would like to go back to a 4.10 final.
At what point (power) would the 3.90 final actually help in terms of 1/4 times or in a racing situation?
I feel as if the 3.90 @ this power level is actually hurting me instead of helping me, agree or disagree?

Second opinion.
I've been thinking about making several changes to my car along with the change back to a 4.10 gear, one of those ideas is a retune.
I'm in the process to getting mufflers/exhaust piping to make an exhaust on my car because I do not like the custom one I made for the car last year.
Along with doing this I was thinking of having the car retuned to ensure proper timing/fueling after the exhaust change. Also to do a race gas tune for when I am bored of pump gas power or track days.
IIRC, I believe when tuning my car the tuner mentioned that the motor was somewhat "choking a bit" up top and with the high (stock) compression a .82 A/R may be beneficial and reap more top end power.
I know a bigger turbine housing will slow the spool about 500rpms, but this I can live with. I currently have full 14psi at around 5-5200rpms iirc.
Changing back to a 4.10 final I may not notice the slight spool change anyways.
Yay or nay, on going with a bigger turbine housing? Would this be a worth doing?
Also I have been unable to find a website that offers a t3flange/vband outlet .82 A/r housing, can somebody link me to the right direction?

Thanks in advance, I had to share some thoughts and get more opinions. This type of stuff keeps me up at night

nobody has any thoughts on this?

Also I did get a quote on the turbine housing from a local shop for $375.
It sounds like a fair price but since we all like to save a penny, does anybody know of a place that may have a better price?

3.90 gear may help by allowing you to hold the gear longer down the back half vs changing to another gear , but I dont know what gear you cross the line in or if it would be the same with the 4.10 . If you would have to switch the same amout of gears I would switch back to stock gearing myself.

Snag a race gas tune before changing out turbos is my other opinion

I cross in 4th at around 8300rpms ish. Idk exactly since I'm not looking down.

Why tune with the .63 and not an .82 ar instead?
