Default New setup, new #'s (548/413)

Changed a few things up this summer, primarily switching to an URGE "boost velocity" built head and pulling my Fullblown dual in-tank pump setup in favor of the new Science of Speed dual pump surge tank.

548hp / 413tq @ 13.6psi on E85

Pretty happy with the power for such a low boost level....hopefully that will help with the longevity of my motor

Here's my Setup:

Motor:
URGE built bottom end
darton sleeves
lightened shaved crank
billet I-beam rods w/7/16" bolts
wiseco 10:1 pistons w/ceramic coated tops
ported oil pump
fluidampr crank pulley
URGE built head w/inconel exhaust valves
AP1 intake cam / AP2 exhaust cam
ARP studs

Turbo kit:
full race pro street (ramhorn)
Garrett GTX 3576R w/ 1.06 A/R housing

Fuel system:
Walbro 450 E85 pump in tank
SOS dual pump surge tank w/AEM 320 E85 pumps
SOS pump wiring kit & plumbing kit
-8AN feed line / -6AN return
Fullblown fuel rail
FID 1200 cc injectors

Tuned on Hondata KPro

Timing is around 14 degrees
Injector duty cycle is at 72%
VTEC crossover was set to ~4k rpms
Rev limiter set to 8600

We tried turning up the boost to 16psi. We did gain a bit of power (extra 20hp / 10tq in the midrange), but the graph started getting pretty choppy on the topend. I didn't think the little bit of power was worth the extra wear and tear.

Disclaimer:
This is not a drag or track car and will never see the strip or track. I wanted a fun street car with quick spool and a meaty powerband

Looks fantastic. That's a lot of power and a great power band for such low boost. Will you also run it on pump gas?

Thanks Tim!....I always appreciate your input

No plans for pump gas atm, I planned/built it to mainly run E85 from here on out....luckily an E85 station opened 2 miles from my house

This is a 2.2? Or a 2.0? How's the spool of the turbo with such a large hotside?

Awesome numbers...but are you saying the turbo was pretty much out of steam at 1 bar? Great setup...1.06 AR on T4 Twin Scroll isn't shit really, bigger is better...love the powerband.

What was your base FP???

I think you would max out the turbo around 20-22psi...in the 600whp range...goes to show how absolutely awesome the F20 motor is...it take 30psi to make that power on a 4G63.

With a Full Race ramhorn, tt's 1.06 a/r on a T3 undivided housing.

Very nice numbers. Was it a pain to fit that turbo on the ram horn? I have the the same manifold want to switch to gtx35r once my 6262 goes out.
