Awesome numbers...but are you saying the turbo was pretty much out of steam at 1 bar? Great setup...1.06 AR on T4 Twin Scroll isn't shit really, bigger is better...love the powerband.

What was your base FP???

I think you would max out the turbo around 20-22psi...in the 600whp range...goes to show how absolutely awesome the F20 motor is...it take 30psi to make that power on a 4G63.
As Tim said, my manifold is a T3 undivided.

Base Fuel Pressure is right around stock...~45psi

Yes the F20/F22 motor flows very well. As we increased boost pressure, the top end of my graph was getting very choppy. Tuner said we were getting a lot of back pressure at higher boost levels (probably due to my 70mm exhaust). Could I swap my exhaust and hit 600...probably, but I absolutely love the way my exhaust sounds so no plans on switching that up anytime soon. Car has been down so much the last few years that it's time to drive it and enjoy!

Scott-

I wonder if the smaller turbine wheel got in your way or the t3 flange. Housing is ginormous. Regardless power band is bad ass.

You are probably onto something....my tuner tried to explain it to me, I just nodded and smiled haha. He did say something about the turbine wheel

Fantastic numbers!! You are at 550 WHP, at 7.5K @ under 1 Bar.

You are essentially flat from 7 to 8.5K so turbo is maxing out early but I think that is good thing. Making peak power right at the top of Redline isn't very drivable. Boost comes on so smooth, really an optimal set-up.

Congrats on your set up and your design. I am glad we can help out with a part of your build.

It really is a great looking power curve. Nice job on the build. Enjoy!

I am in the EXACT same boat. I am in love with my T1R and could never dream of giving it up. I had the same thing happen on the dyno, bringing boost up, but wasnt making any more power.

I have since added a 60MM wastegate onto my downpipe that will open @anything over 5psi. I'll be back on the dyno shortly to see if that is enough to alleviate the backpressure and bring the power up while still retaining the sexy exhaust!

Thanks Patrick!

This is the best the car has felt in the 4 years since I started this turbo journey

It really is a great sounding exhaust, and I'll gladly give up a few ponies to keep it

My plan is to just enjoy the car now for the rest of this season since I really haven't been able to drive it much for the last 3 summers due to all the issues I've had.

But knowing myself...I'll probably be looking for a project/upgrade for next summer, so keep me posted on how this works out for you!!
