Default New turbo for me

I have found a killer deal on a Brand new Rev Hard turbo kit and wanted to know what would be the first couple things I should change out with the turbo kit? It say it can hold 7psi with no problems and thats about as much as I would want to put to the car but what things would make it more reliable or will it just be find?

talk to many turbo people and they'll tell you that a rule of thumb is 7psi max for stock internals. any more psi and it'll be risky.

Do you mean the car or the components of the turbo kit?

Not true. There are several people running SC's and Turbos ranging from 7psi to 14psi with no reliability issues including myself.

My suggestion is make sure you get a proper tune by a reputable tuner and everything should be okay. Now the stock clutch is another story...

i meant it as for most vehicles on the road. yes it is true that there are many engines out there that can go quite high on bost with stock internals.

a 2mm or 3mm headgasket makes it much easier.
