Newly boosted - CEL question
Hey folks,
I recently installed KW SC kit (new version). Overall great however I've started to have an intermittent problem.
My cell will flash for a few seconds for no particular reason before going out. If I pull the codes with the Torque app it gives me "pending fault" codes for misfires on multiple cylinders. All cylinders are affected though not all at the same time. I will also occasionally get a full CEL with multiple cylinder misfire codes. The car drives completely fine. I wouldn't think there was anything wrong except for the silly light. There is no shudder no loss of power and nothing in particular causes it to happen.
Also I noticed my dipstick is popping up occasionally without leaking any oil. I assume increased crank case pressure and plan to vent with Supra PCV valve mod.
Any ideas on the "misfires", just ghosts in the machine or something more ominous?
Thanks much!

Did you get them gapped appropriately? You normally want to lower the gap to ~.025ish, but it varies depending on your fueling situation and your power output. Most gaps on spark plugs from the factory are higher than this.
Also, definitely work on getting a catch can installed to relieve some of that crankcase pressure. You don't want all that blowby recirculating into your intake either.
