Default NGK 7548 - BR9EYA

Anyone running these? Search yeilded no results..

NGK
V-power spark plug resistor type
#7548
BR9EYA
.032" (0.8mm)
$3.10

I put in the right specs 14mm thread, 19mm mm reach, 2 step colder resistor type on the NGK website, these came up for V powers, but I have never heard of them before

I was using the 7173's & 7405's but I would get a bad misfire at idle, I switched to another kind of NGK at a shops recommendation, but I lost the box. Those plugs solved the problem but I think they are shot now.

thanks

Thanks bro, let me know.
the R5671-8 was replaced by R5671A-8 # 4554 according to NGK website, but both are resistor type, so either one is fine

Is the 7173 spark plug a resistor plug? I cant remember. Which is suggested to use with the S, a resistor or nonresistor plug?

make sure its a resistor plug, non resistor plugs seriously screw with electronics.

the easiest plug i have found to get is the bkr8eix and bkr9eix

bkr9eix is 2669
bkr8eix is 2668

you can get those at advance auto.. the ones around here keep them instock.

its non resistor, they didnt seem to mess w/ my electronics, but the idle would get all messed up in a day or 2

if the idle gets messed up then the plug is probably too cold and fouling itself out.

how much power are you making and what gas are you using?
