I think i may have figured it out.. I think the nitrous tank was filled with something besides nitrous.. I pulled the nozzle from the intake and and triggered the nitrous and only a clear air came from the nozzle. It was completely clear..

Has this been known to happen, a race shop filling a tank with say compressed air?

That is very very shady if a shop filled that up.

Put your bottle on a scale and see how much it weighs. Compressed air will not weigh nearly as much as nitrous. Maybe like 2lbs in a 10lb nitrous tank.

How did they fill your bottle up? Did you or they freeze the bottle beforehand? Did they use a nitrous pump? Or did you just hand it to them while they took it "in the back" and "filled" it?

Yea i just gave it to them. They said its to hot to fill up they have to put it in the freezer. I waited around in the shop for about 30mins and they gave it back to me..

The first time they filled it all was good but this time i think they screwed me over. I would weigh the bottle but it should be nearly empty by now any how, with all the trouble shooting i have been doing on the stupid thing.

Major problem is i think they are the only shop that has nitrous near me.

Well, it is normal that if the bottle is hot filled (not frozen or lightly chilled), then the last lb or so will just be compressed air.

If you were that close to being done with the bottle, then that might be the reason. I'd say try them again, but freeze your bottle over night before getting it filled. After you get it back from them, put it on a scale and see how much it weighs.

Your bottle is not mounted properly..take the bottle out of trunk, stand it upright and open the valve, if its not that, then you need to put a new pickup tube in your bottle, sometimes they give out.

Even when my bottle is in the bracket and I open the valve with no line. It's all nitrous coming out. Like a quick open and close.
