Default Noise from passenger-side footwell...

Hi guys, I just have quick question about my S2k. I have base comtech S/C without an aftercooler. My question is that, when I hit WOT, something rattles from passengerside footwell from 4100-5100 RPM range. After 5100 RPM, the noise goes away. This noise can only be heard at WOT. If I ease the gas, the noise is not there anymore. It's driving me crazy. Please help me out and help me hit VTEC without any hesitation. Any input would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd start looking for a loose or broken heat shield on the convertor, or a a cracked exhaust manifold bracket, Etc.

Thanks everyone for replies. Actually, its not hesitating. Everything is smooth, its just the rattling/buzzing noise from the footwell. SlowS2k, I checked the heatshield and it was very firm. I think I have to check the convertor.
BTW, i heard adding aftermarket exhaust leans out a little bit. I'm about to install JIC magic dual titanium, and leaning problem came to mind. Should i not even bother about this problem?? Please fill me in. Thanks a million.

It sounds like your trying to fix an exhaust buzz. Swap the JIC exhaust, it will be loud enough you won't hear anything. As I can't hear the noise, thee is no way for me to judge the sdeverity of the problem. It could be a rock in a heat shield just as easily as the engine detonating itself to death.
