everyone has made valid points. as I see it the only thing blower related would be a sheered pulley/impeller key but I would think it would gall itself together in a hurry. I had my bov fail 300 miles from home and without that in place the car still made 4psi boost max boost was 7 psi at the time. I would think the waste gate would be suspect while it may not show up in the leak detector the air volume of the blower may effect it differently. that said until you cap the tb outlet you really don't know if you have a boost leak as you will have 2 cylinders leaking air always one on a power stroke and one on overlap. hope you get it sorted I am missing a few psi at the moment but I think its heat related. so to beat a dead horse again I have done some research and think I may try an air to air intercooler tube and fin style with the least amount of bends in hopes of avoiding boost loss. I think I could do it and only lose 1.5-2 psi and at 11-13 psi I think that is acceptable as loosing 50f on the temp would offset the boost loss as I am down 30-40whp from winter sorry to go off topic but everyone I would want to give input on this is already on this thread. good luck fixing your boost leak arax

Did you at least check the belt tension? All belts stretch a little.

Yes, belt was nice and taught. There is no evidence of belt slip (e.g. dust). The belt I'm using has already been used for several track days so it's been thru it's initial stretch cycle.

Maybe you need to check your spark plug gap?
