Novi 1220 SL
From what Ive gathered about the unit it doesn't seem to make much sense for an upgrade if you already have a N1000, would probably make more sense to get the 1220 if you don't have anything yet or maybe need a replacement do to damage or miles.

Will the 1200 bolt up the N1000 mounting plate?
What is the 1200's price?

N1220SL requires a different bracket than the N1000. That was one of the things slowing down the re-release. New benefit of using the 1220 over the 1000 is that no notching of the frame is required.
Thats worth atleast 2 more gold stars and a smiley face
I'm sold!

Paxton does make a 1200. Does it bolt on the mounting plate? How much is it?

True about the 1220, but Gerdaland stated "throw a 1200 on there and call it a day."

Don't forget the 1220 is self lubricating. No more tapping the oil pan
The fact that I can go back to using a magnetic drain plug vs an earl fitting is another nice feature but still just not quite worth shit canning my N1000 yet.
