Now the problems begin.
I have a comptech sc, 550 rc injectors, 9lbs pulley, 7173 ngk copper plugs (750miles old), emanage with full harness.
I went to balance performance in atlanta at the recomendation of SlowS2k and it is an excellent shop. The tuner thier does half of the speed world challenge motors and almost every z car in north ga.
Fuel control is fine and everything is hookep up correctly we checked everything twice. all the jumpers are right and the wire connections are solid and good. We checked my plugs and everthing else we could think of.
now for the problem. Run the base line and get everything set up with the AF 12.5 below vtec and 11.5 above. but at around 7k we get misfire on all cylinders and the car just falls on its face. I am gonna post the dyno sheets that we did get and it is the worst curve I have ever seen. We could turn the car off and then back on and the below 5k map we didn't even touch would suddenly go to rich off the chart. We were using the greddy boost sensor and boost cut eliminator to clamp the map sensor. He nor I have ever seen anything like this. We tuned it eough so I can drive at part throttle and stay under 5k.
This is not detonation thing system is just not sparking. The plugs are gapped correctly and are in good condition. The kicker is just yesterday I had the stock pulley and stock injectors on it and everything was fine. I changed it all last night and put the AEM Fpr back on it and stayed out of boost till I got to the dyno and everything was fine I could rev all the way to 6 and no problems. This has to be an Emanage problem but we could not figure it out. Ed (the tuner) has done this a hundred time with an emanage on different cars and has never had a problem like this with any honda. I know slowS2k didn't use the emanage timing and went with a different timing controller. Is this a viable option to try in my case? I am reaching out now for help. I hate that I just wasted 500$ to run worse than I did yesterday.

Worth testing the fuel pump? It may be coping with its normal duties and struggling at higher duty. Presume its a 255?
The dyno plots seem to get worse each time, maybe suggesting something is failing?
The new injectors don't have any restriction?

fuel pressure is good all the time. it is possible that something is failing but the fuel addition works fine. the AF's are never go above 12.5 anywhere on any of the maps above. it is all in the ignition. it audibly misfires and sputters no detonation it just wont run.

they are NGK copper 7173 one heat range colder than stock. gapped at .032 or 35 i can't remember. This is the plug all the sc people use except for the denso ik's which i heard were not very good.
Are there any datapoints in the timing map? The Timing control function would be the 1st thing to bypass to eliminate. The NGK's aren't an issue. My car used the same plugs on the same dyno, with the same tuner.
Ed probably started with my map.

datapoints? what do you mean? we tried pulling more and less timing max about 8 or 9 and as little as 3 and 4 degrees to no avail.
if we bypass the timing that would leave the ecu alone to do it and Ed said that letting the ecu pull timing via knock voltage was dangerous with 9psi boost.
