I do have my redline set to 8500 so that made about .5 psi more boost and with the cutout I had a comparison dyno and I gained 15 whp from the cutout open vs. closed!
I'm on my iPhone now so it's kinda hard to go through all the pages to see who's the winer but I'll check as soon as I get home and I will post up the dyno charts.

you had to make a guess based on CHURCHES dyno not a mustang or any other dyno.
