No way I would take this job on but would be interesting to see if anyone on here sells these built or any traders on here - ?

Short block perhaps - any links?

I cant think of any compaines that make off the shelf short blocks. Most require a core or deposit before the begin working on assembling your block. And so many people prefer different specs it would be hard to make just one off the shelf block that everyone could be happy with.

Mike Laskey at Laskey Racing in Anaheim, CA does a nice cookie cutter block build. He haa done hundreds of them.
Pauter rods, cp pistons, benson sleeves.
