My only problem with the turbo s2k at the moment is that I am too busy to drive it properly. My second problem is that everytime I drive it there are cars on the road or the license loss speed limit is too low (30+kph over the speed limit) and I have to shift around 6-7krpm

Seriously I been plague by too much power too. I broke my tranny and axle but that was expected. My only problem at the moment is my loan turbo's seal is still blowing smoke intermittently. It's been reconditioned but somehow still doing this....fairly embarassing when it happens. Hopefully this will be replaced soon when I have a bit more time.

^ thanks Europes2k
It's in Northern Territory that there is no speed limit and I am like 8 hours away from the state's border. If I have that much spare time I would just get on the local track but I've too busy atm. I have a few toys to avoid getting cauth and loosing my license but I am so used to doing 40+ kph over the speed limit. The car get up to speed so quickly now and I am so used to it now that there is no adrenaline rushed any more

I've wound up the boost until the rear end breaks loose even with the largest stickiest street rear tyres I can get. It is a real bad drugs
I will have to look at getting a all wheel drive car next.

I am sorry to hear your saga too Nick.
My 2cent for you is put the stock ignition back in, remove your wastegate spring and run in the engine well before any high boost. The longer it takes to start a new engine or too long idle the more risk of damage. That's just my quick 2cent without knowing your whole dilema/saga. AEBS seems pretty good with what they've done. You will be allright.

Nick, it's a dog box with helical gears. It was slightly nerve racking in daily traffic when I first had it and was not used to it. However it's very enjoyable to drive daily now.

what are yall doing with your trannys? Is there something stronger out there or r you replacing it with a stock tranny. I would think it would just keep happening if i went with the stock one.
