Default oh no! car runs like poo!

i'll break down the order of events to help eliminate all the variables.

got kpro and my 3mm hg installed at the same time by billman.

drove the car home perfectly fine 30 miles.

installed new fuel injectors (ILP 675cc), and updated map. the car idled perfect.
installed hondata 4 bar map sensor, and updated map, the car idled perfect.

just finished doing my inline pro turbo kit, consisting of...

complete turbo kit
3" exhaust all the way back
oil relocation

i've installed the AEM boost solenoid via the vacuum lines, but i have not wired it up. i figured this was no big deal since i did not yet enable boost control in the kpro mapping.

i have the primary o2 sensor plugged into the downpipe bung along with my AEM wideband. my secondary o2 sensor is currrently connected but mounted up away from everything as i was told i do not need it.

the car starts and idles perfectly. i can even rev it up to high heaven and it always returns to perfect idle. no weird noises, smells, nothing.

under load, the car drives like total crap. it stalls and sputters and hates alll
existence.

i switched the 4 bar map out for the stock one and reupdated the map. same thing.

any ideas? i can't drive to the tuner like this!

whats your wideband say when it sputters?
lean? how much boost is there when it starts to sputter?
You could get it to your tuner, just go around the problem. if its too lean, either adjust your RRFPR up a bit, so it will at least putt down there, or take off the wastegate so you build no boost, and drive it to him.
later dave

i haven't even made boost yet on the car.

wideband sits at 14.8 at idle at first, and then later on gets richer and richer...

once the car warms up a bit i can barely even move the car without it stalling. there's no way it'll make it to jeff evans 150 miles away

i am running the kpro 'stock' s2000 mapping that was supplied with the ecu and the kmanager software.

i simply changed the settings for the stock map sensor to the hondata 4 bar and the stock injector sizes for the 675's. i was told the computer would compensate for these changes, but maybe not?
