Hey mate I have a Sheepey Vband kit and running an aftermarket Oil Cooler which is located in between the intercooler and the radiator. It's probably not the best location but it works well.
I found the Sheepey Kit does not allow for the oil cooler to be mounted behind the brake duct location in the front bar due to the intercooler piping.

I use to run a sheepey kit. If you can get away with NOT running a cooler and relo kit, then dont do it. Its just another point of failure, plus it will drop your oil pressure some. Unless you track the car an oil cooler is not needed.

That being said, I bought some ebay relo and oil cooler kit and just used the cooler and filter side of the kit. Used a caton relo plate on the block. If you remove the stock cooler you will need to get the double ended threaded part from an accord as the s2k one is too long.
