Default Oil drain plug - Torque spec?

Alright everyone, maybe a dumb question, but I've searched everywhere and even asked SOS. Nobody is willing to tell me a estimated torque to this drain plug. Granted, this will be my first time changing it while it's supercharged, so I have no idea if it's supposed to be a hand-tightened twist off-on or with a crow foot and torque wrench? It's the usual AN-8 fittings and plugs for the SOS setup. Thanks for any advice!

Looks like standard aluminum fittings which seems to need 22.5 - 29 ft.-lbs if you check this table https://help.summitracing.com/app/an...his-hose-be%3F
I also I asked Vibrant about torque numbers for the M14x1.5 adapter fitting (Part #16625) that goes in to the pan.
A bit contradicting but this is what they responded.
"39 Nm (29 ft.-lbs) shouldn’t be an issue for this adapter fitting. We recommend not exceeding 16 ft/lbs of torque for this adapter."
