Torque Wrench for spark plugs?
I would like to torque down my spark plugs, as well as my drain plug and oil filter, but Sears only carries the 1/2 drive tire wrench.
Does anyone know where I can purchase a wrench that I can use for torquing down the plugs and other small bolts?
TIA.

By tire wrench may we assume you mean torque wrench?
I'm with reds2 on this one - find another supplier, buy it online, etc. The 3/8 will probably be calibrated in inch-pounds - multiply the recommended torque by 12 to get the desired figure.
However, be careful with the torque wrench and the spec - the spec is 18#'s - but with anti-seize on the plug, that probably drops to about 15 #'s. I do it by feel, but have been doing it a long time that my wrist must have become calibrated. Once you feel the crush washers crush, you will want to tighten a bit more, but not a lot.
Remember that a clicker type torque wrench needs to "warm up" a bit before you go for accuracy - tighten and loosen another non-critical bolt somewhere a few times first
