how's it mounted and what are all those SS lines for

 

i mounted after i took the pics.. its mounted to the rail.. lol and all the SS lines are my nos kit i havint takin out yet lol

 

Barrier hose for the oil lines? Not sure if it will be good for the heat.

 

+1 for ingenuity but it's not needed on a street setup. Track setup I'd just go for an external cooler with big exchanger.

Your braided lines will hold up just fine. I'm using the same lines for part of my bypass filter & prelube pump setup I installed 8 years/200,000 miles ago.

A side note: I've never seen a head cover as worn as your before!

the black ones are coolant lines.. the SS braided line hold up to 3200psi and 500 degrees.. my motor will blow before thos lines

Im Turbo ... a stock oil cooler/ warmer is good for any s2000... it warms the oil at starting and cools it if it gets to hot...and aftermarket coolers are good for the track. but bad for DD your car, they cool the oil to much ,unless you have a oil thermostat on your aftermarket cooler

So....why did you have to move the stock oil cooler? Filter relocation I understand, but that cooler is tight against the block.
