Thumbs up Oil overfill issues?

I know the manual says 5.1 qt but now that I have boost which means feed lines, the tablespoon of oil in the turbo, (what is a the oil capacity of your average turbo?) and lines to my relocated filter.

I ended up putting 6 qt in to try and adjust for a greater oil capacity but found it to be a bit overfilled. (wish I could go back in time and try 5.5 qt) Should I expect any issues because of this or can i go out tomorrow and push my engine...

crack the oil bolt, let it drip out for a few minutes.

Drain a bit off to be safe. Overfilling could put a bit of extra pressure on gaskets and seals and cause them to leak. Otherwise, it may just burn off and head into the exhaust, perhaps if you have a weak PCV into your intake manifold. I would just drain a bit off to be safe.

Basically, you should check the car on level ground when it's completely cool and just the same as if it were stock, it should be at the full mark on the dipstick. There's no logical reason to go over that.

I ran it hard last night and no noticable issues, I did a cold oil check and it seams to be riding right above the "H" on the stick.

I have a question, will the Oil Pressure light come on in high as well as low pressure situations?

Too much oil won't affect pressure. The only difference is oil will sit a little higher in your sump. And as long as this isn't so high that the crank is hitting it there is no problem.
