Default oil pressure fluctuate at steady speed

question to people with oil pressure gauges,
while idle after a drive, how much does ur oild pressure fluctuate?
and while driving at a steady speed? is it normal for oil pressure fluctuate about 30 psi while driving at a steady speed ?

No, that isn't normal. How are you monitoring it, and where is the sensor located? Oil level ok?

And is the fluctuating sporadic or follow a specific trend? Is it better or worse at certain RPMs? Could be a sensor going bad.

oil lvl is full, sensor is located on intake manifold side, new sensor.
im just looking at it while driving.

Where is there a good place on the intake manifold side to read oil pressure? Has it done it the entire time you've had the gauge?

Mine is on the oil pressure and it does fluctuate at steady speed. Idle does too. About 1 or 2 psi. How much does your vary?

originally i had the sensor on the turbo manifold side was readying 5 psi apart at steady driving. then it started to read 0,
guessing it was because it was too hot and relocated it to the intake manifold side, worked fine,
then started to fluctuating alot, decided to replace the sensor,
got a little better but its still fluctuating but not as crazy as before.
thing is its different from how the reading was originally.

not sure if im making sense. =[

This is the only picture I have of it right now. Look where my stock oil pressure sensors is. I t if off right there with my feed line and oem sensor. The oil pressure I'm using is a aem guauge. The big sensor you see in front is it.
