Quick question. I have the pfab log manifold turbo kit with the 5858 BB turbo. I need to know where I should route my oil return. I'd like to stay away from tapping the actually block ( will if I have too). Anyone route it to the chain case or is that too far away? Any help would be great! Thanks!

 

just tap the oil pan.

 

Don't people put a fitting on the timing chain cover?

 

I would like to route it that way but wasn't sure with it being a top mount setup, if that would be too long of a drain line

 

I have a top mount and my drain goes to the timing chain cover. It is going to be about the same length as it would be with a sidewinder. Just make sure you have a 60 degree or 90 degree AN fitting to go on the timing chain cover

 

Front of pan is also fine.

 

I am also wondering where the best location for this would be. TC cover seems to be best and easiest. Also reverisble if needed.
