ok forgot to remove the Vortech FMU

ok forgot to remove the Vortech FMU
I've been wanting to ask this for the longest time, is it okay to leave the Vortech FMU in there even if I don't use the black box and I'm using the Greddy Emanage Ultimate with 550CC I/J?
