Hey guys,

Sent my leaking precision BB turbo to get repaired. It uses a GT3076r 60-1 trim cartridge. When they received the replacement part, they mentioned that the compressor wheel was touching the precision housing. Does precision use different parts for their specific turbos? If it is different, would this change my tune when the turbo is re-installed? Im assuming they can bore out the housing to make it fit.

if the housing touches the wheel, therefore the compressor housing is the incorrect sized housing for that compressor wheel. I really don't think you can bore out a compressor housing to fit a compressor wheel. sounds to me the wrong compressor wheel was ordered.
