If you want 320ish... you WILL need a boost controller

BOV is subjective. I honestly think having a BOV in the kit improves power transition while shifting.

Meth only if you want to go over 320whp. I think a high flow cat or TP should get you really close to 320whp.

Regarding tune, I've had the kit on for over a month on the stock base map. I'm still waiting on my TP and AF gauage to come in before I get it retuned which should be REAL soon.

Ok, I have a TP on now, but I still have my cat... i'll toss it back on the car when I install the turbo.

What boost controller do you recommend kix?

Also, what BOV? And what else do I need to buy with the BOV?

I really hate to reccomend anything since I'm still a turbo noob. I went with the Greddy boost controller for two reasons. 1) it was FS for cheap from a fellow member. 2) I only had room for one 52 mm gauge and that was reserved for the AF gauge.

For BOV, just read some reviews and watch the almost infinite videos on youtube. If you stay with HKS, Greddy, Tial, etc you can't really go wrong. All you really need if you do go with a bov is the bov itself and a flange. You can also go with a piping adapter to skip the welding part if finding a welder is a problem.

The base map is feels real strong, but again... thats a matter of opinion. You will feel a Night and Day difference in power though. As for the AF gauge, I went with the Innovate one. I seriously doubt the autometer one can do AF with wideband for $60

Using the greddy profec spec II.

Usually when you get it tuned, they will use either a tail pipe sniffer OR hook up their own wideband to your downpipe. If you wish to do the latter, be sure to get an extra bung welded to the downpipe or (if you have one) test pipe.

You can get a AEM UEGO gauge for around 250... They are on ebay BNIB for about 240 shipped all day.. As for boost controller the Greddy is a widely used unit. But I will be going with the AEM Tru-boost gauge type controller for clean install. It holds up to 2 boost settings and is really easy to use. If you would like, you can pm me your email and I can send you the user manuals for the 2 AEM units. These are what I will be going with when I get my Greddy kit.
