Typically this is the lowest boost you can run with your setup. I would swap spring pressures as already suggested.

I would then try to get a good baseline on what a lower rated spring does by itself.

I'm going to put another in and try and see if it holds pressure.

Today I install a 5 psI spring onto my wastegate and did some test run. 3rd and 4 gear. The car would hold boost @7 lbs up to 6500rpm. After that this thing creeps without not control again. It hit my boost cut at 16psi. My boost wastgate base duty is set at 0. I try upping the number but found out that's just att more boost. Any new idea?

No ideal about your boost creep issue. But just wanted to point out that we have almost the exact same turbo setup. Haha.

Sounds like you checked all the parts and they are ok, may just be in the tune.

It sounds your gate is not big enough to control the turbo up top, or you could have retarded timing at high RPM's that it causing this issue. I would get a tuner to go over the tune for you first before I tried switching out anymore hardware.

Did you verify that the gate opens at 5psi like you did with the last spring?

Yeah. I had another forum member took a look at my tune and he fixed some stuff. Car is running better but still over boost.

Yeah. I wish my local tuner wasn't such a jerk and would look at my tune. So far I been in contact with other tuner but no one has look at the map yet. I did verify the gate does open on the 5 psi spring. Cracks open at 5 to 6 psi and fully open at 9psi.
