Do you DD this car? Why the Air to water? Not the most efficient set up, heat soak will be a bitch with this thing. The S2000 already has a hot engine bay, not to mention the air to water IC being next to the turbo now, its always going to be warm?

I think a standard 3.5 inch FMIC would work best for you, especially in the north east. Air to water is for warmer climates, for quick spurts of power I.E. Drag racing..

Where are you going to have your water resevoir?

I know of two people down here in Florida who are changing from A/W IC to a regular 4 inch precision core because the A/W set up isnt efficient enough.

I ran a water/air on my Tiburon and loved it.. my manifold was always extremely cold to the touch.. heatsoak is not half as bad as everyone makes it out to be if you set it up with some good fans and a gallon or so water resevoir away from heat sources..

1) yes, .82 cuz I plan on running 14 psi now then building the motor over the next season (spare motor) then going for a higher boost setup the next season.. so this shouldnt be too laggy on 14psi but with enough headroom for more later..

2)Thanks, which is the best price?

3)Thanks for the info here..

4)Ill check into them.. thanks

5) 6) I figured as much thanks for the confirmation

7) I plan running JB so which size is best?

9) I know theres a lot but all I ever read is how they somehow dont work the way they should.. which is the best way to set it up?

10) And if a gasket or studs is needed all that would happen would be I would blow my stock gasket right? It wouldn't do anymore damage correct?

11) Im fine with a puck clutch.. had an unsprung 6 puck in my tiburon and I was fine with it so which would be suggested?

12)Thanks for all these suggestions!
