Still no thermostat, still 3 bars 497HP and stock headlights, but removed the Amber from inside.

You are going to want/need a tstat, you also need to bleed the system properly as mentioned. If your tubo has a water line feed, you need to bleed there, the line that runs along the firewall and the bleed screw in the front by the intake...up on ramps will make it a bit easier as well. The Lisle 24680 is probably the most useful tool to make this job easy.
