As long as you hone/port match the manifold opening to the TB you will see some gains through the entire powerband and better throttle response. We had a local guy dyno one of these throttle bodies with a base 6psi Comptech kit (which is the dyno SOS advertised) yielding 12whp. When I bolted mine on, I saw my afr shoot up a full point in afr ie; 12afr to 13afr, so that told me it was working, and that kind of afr change I equated to about 10whp or 1psi worth of breathing improvement, but I never dyno'ed to verify.

Generally the F22 makes more power through the entire rpm range vs the F20 as well. But the trick is to have perfect apples to apples conditions to compare, and thats hard with all the tuning, environmental and new sleeved engine build variable in your case. If all variables are consistent between the 2 motors and with the addition of the port matched TB, id expect you to see around 390-395whp.

Make sure you port match, a smaller or, stock setup that's matched will be better then a larger un matched setup.
