Default P0107 CEL

i just got rid of one CEL because my gas cap wasn't on tight enough. the engine light went off from that gas cap problem while the car idled until the car warmed up to 3 bars. the car stalled right when i was about to take it out for a drive, i thought i was just the changing weather. the car stalled again while at a stop light. a couple miles later the car almost stalled again but somehow i kept the car going. a few stop lights later the car stalled and the engine light came on, after that the car had a weird low idle and was in limp mode. when i got home i found the CEL code was P0107 map low voltage. i checked the map sensor and wiggled it and even did the wack trick. what do i do now?

things to know.
i have a vortech s/c which has been working good for the past 3 years.
the car was sitting in the garage for the winter on a battery tender and this was the first time driving it since last fall.

replace it with the updated MAP sensor... and how long was it sitting? You might wanna put new gas in it, just to be on the safe side... although I'm not sure that has anything to do with your problem.

Check your wiring to the MAP voltage clamp (the small black box)
