Default P0411 CEL, W/ CTSC

For some reason I am getting the PO411 code like clockwork now. I did however take the intake off my SC on both ends the other week to make sure there was no oil leaking through. I dont know if I did something wrong, but all the vacume lines are hooked up correctly.

I read in some old threads about people getting this after putting an intake on. I have the same intake that came with the CTSC. Been on the car for 3 years, never had this code ever come up.

Any ideas? Appreciate the help

Make sure that the hoses are connected to the air pump and that the air pump is turning on. You should hear a high pitch noise after a cold start. That is the air pump.

Air pump is definitly working, sounds like a high pitched vacume.

Is it located under the driverside or passenger side of the bumper?

Also, can it be accessed easily or do I have to take the entire front bumer off?

Driver side, easily accessed with splash guards/undertray removed.

pulled it apart, everything looks intacked, no loose wires, vacume lines ot brn marks. The black plastic round casing with the fan in it isnt burnt either.

Is their something specific I should be looking for??

You just need to make sure both hoses are attached and that your vac lines are run correctly, those are the two things that can cause this CEL, if your pump is working. You could also check the valve where the hose coming out of the air pump ends up and make sure that is connected.

Also this is just an emissions CEL, your car will run just fine with it on.
