Joey, unless you are running E85 you should be fine with a 300LPH or BAP. Try removing some of the line restirction first and get a FPR and that will take you a very long way.

A rewired 255lph Walbro(no BAP) on stock lines will support 650whp? I didn't think that was possible.

I made 616hp at 78% duty cycle on 1000cc's, and with the restriction in the exhaust housing I think he will be maxing out the fuel system and the turbo on Q16.

Here's a link to my thread. It has the whole setup which includes, besides the fuel setup, my attempt at an air/water bump in efficiency. Still haven't got tuned. I'm debating on picking up the 928 racing impeller upgrade and doing a simple comparison. If I get a shift of overtime, I'll probably do it.

Back on topic though, I personally wouldn't push a single walbro to 650whp myself on gas only.

I'm not sure how far a rewired pump would go, and would prolly get you close, or get you there, just asking alot imo.

I really like my BAP, and even though I picked up a bosch 044 to use inline w/my in-tank walbro, I am keeping my BAP. So I really shouldn't have fuel issues for my levels.
