Default pics of my bov connection

there were two lines one from the intake manifold, and then the other one from that circular thing on the right corner.

following the intake manifold line, theres this split and one of them goes to the bov.

that same intake manifold line splits up and goes to this box i'm not sure what it is

i think from someones picture it is supposed to be the acv check valve.

is this connected correctly? still having a weird blowoff noise

wierd blow off valve noise...or compressor surge? if its like a chu chu chu chu then its compressor surge....which i guess means your BOV isn't connected correctly, OR its broken, OR you have a strong spring in it and it isn't opening......

Any of those three lines to the left of the IAT (it looks like an IAT Sensor) are a direct source of vaccuum...and those will work for the BOV....

okay so i re-read...and you say the small diameter line you have T'ed is going DIRECTLY into the intake manifold....if thats the case then it is connected correctly....only other thing I can think of is the diameter of the line isn't large enough, but heres a way to check.

Un bolt the BOV from the charge pipe, Leave the vaccuum line connected and start the car....it SHOULD be open at idle....then if you open the throttle body to releave the vaccuum, the BOV should close....try that and see if it works out!

Yes it is.....

Check your spring tension if it's sounding like a gobbling turkey instead of a normal BOV.
