Default Planning out my turbo build

So I'm planning my turbo build for this year and I'm putting together my parts list but after hours of searching I still have questions.

2006 dbw 60,000 miles
Bone stock 2.2
Stock tranny
Stock diff
Daily warrior
Seeking 450-525hp with at least 300tq
15psi max
93 oct

Kit parts:
Sheepey twinscroll manifold
Sheepey downpipe
Turbosmart 40mm twin vta
Pfab s2 intercooler
Custom intercooler piping kit
ID 1000cc
Return fuel setup
Aero 340 pump
Synapse BOV
Flashpro
Stock exhaust with e-cut out

I want to go with Borg Warner and was initially looking at the s256 but I don't think I'll make that power at 15psi without going e85 or building my motor, so I've been looking into the s360 or s366. Ive yet to see a similar setup without being e85 or 9:1 compression so I'm clueless on my turbo selection. I'm guessing the divided manifold and turbo housing would help with spool but have read it could harm it instead. I just need some sound advice.

Any recommendation which fmw is better for undivided mani passman?

Im looking into getting the old s362fmw or the s300sx 64mm fmw. are those gonna be so laggy on undivided manifold?

Hows your s200sx fmw spooling?

my buddy ran the s362 fmw and made 604 hp around 20 psi on e85, it wasnt laggy he was spooled by 4800-5000, i myself run the efr 8374 divided, but the car hasnt been run yet, soon. the 64mm seems a little large for the power u want, lude is the first one to get the s200 fmw, eager to see what his car makes

I'd love a s200 fmw but I can't see myself spending double the price of a normal s200 for it. I'm sure any s300 series will could hit the same power as the s200 fmw while still being cheaper just with full spool a little bit later in the power band.

I think the s360 would work great but then what ar should I be going with .88 .91 1.00 or 1.10

Yeah I'm getting close to finishing up my build. Still don't know what injectors to go with. I'm running a t3 pfab elt Mani so 300sx would not fit with my current setup. The 200 fmw is rated for 650 my s256 I was told was good for like 500. My goal is 600 so I opted to try the fmw.
I plan on running a single walbro 416 pump ....still not sure on id1300 or id2000. And doing a flex fuel set up. Running 93-e85. Now if I can just make my mind up on injectors I will be set lol.

The real question is would that s256 have made you 500hp on a stock motor with 15psi, or on 20-30 psi and e85.

I think d-bo hit like 470whp at 14psi. With the setup. I know Evans told me on 93 he would stop at around 450 with a reliable tune. I ran 15psi on my comptech setup making 405whp. E85 is what I'm going to be using on my 200sx fmw we will see what it does

At 12psi with the s256 I made 440whp. With e85 I think you could easily make over 500 but not much past that.
