Default Planning to put 3.8in pulley on Vortech.

After I decide to upgrade my pulley on my Vortech(MY03) and searching thru the forum for while, I came up with few questions.

My car is MY2003 w/stock Vortech SC with dyno results of 313rwhp.
This is list of what I will be doing.

- AEM EMS w/UEGO 1052U
- AEM 2 bar MAP sensor
- RC 750cc Injectors
- Cometic 2mm headgasket(CR 9.9:1)
- 3.8in pulley w/belt (14 psi @ 9000rpm)

Car is expected to run with pumped gas(92 Oct).

1. S/C belt slip can occur with 14psi of boost? is this something I have to worry about?
2. How much wheel hp(Dynojet) is expected with conservative tune?
3. How much driveablity is lost with above set up compare to stock Vortech?
4. Do I have to upgrade my Walbro 255L fuel pump?

Sorry about asking too many questions at one time.
TIA!

No.

2. How much wheel hp(Dynojet) is expected with conservative tune?

400-425 rwhp

3. How much driveablity is lost with above set up compare to stock Vortech?

None.

4. Do I have to upgrade my Walbro 255L fuel pump? Data log your injectors. Sometimes the Vortech unit needs to be replaced but it would be replaced with the same thing, a Walbro 255 HP (model342)
