Default Plans for my S

k. I have seen alot of CTSCs go for sale on here really cheap. So this spring I am going to get a loan and get one. For the past hour at work (yay, getting paid to look up s2k stuff ) I have seen alot of different setups and dyno results.

So far I have the 4.77s for the extra kick. I didn't plan on makin over 350whp, I am not going to run really high boost.
Am I forgetting anything.

ACT Clutch (3 weeks)
Prolite Flywheel

AEM or Emanage Ultimate? There are not really emanage tuners around here so that could be a problem.

1 stage colder plugs

Aftercooler or Frount Mount? I seen that front mounts lose PSI. So get an upgraded pulley and injectors correct?

I hear something about the crank pulley also.

Upgraded fuel pump

Anything I am forgetting?

Thanks Guys

I have a Comptech clutch which basically an ACT clutch and it buzzes on decel It works with near stock feel but the buzz can be annoying.

Getting a loan to mod your car is about the dumbest thing you can do.

At first I had thoughts of bashing you but instead I figured I'd let you plead your case.
Please enlighten us why getting a loan is so stupid.

what is your definition of high boost? I am still on my stock clutch with no slippage boosted for about 6K miles.

I have FMIC on mine..gears also.

i kinda agree with you...considering mods to your car will not benefit you in any way unless you are a sponsored professional racer that will make $$ from having a faster/better performing car. mods depreciate in value like crazy, are changed more frequently than underwear, are absolutely unnecessary, will most likely make your car EVEN MORE of a bottomles money pit, and can only lower the value of your car. borrowing money for this that you will have to pay back WITH interest on top is a pretty dumb idea. the only time borrowing money really makes sense is to start a business, buy a home, buy a (necessary) car, or get yourself out of a burdensome financial situation imho
