Your lines look like they make a long arc upward. Oils probably just draining back and vapor is venting.

I run a sealed can on the PCV side and a vented can for the breather side. I always have fluid to drain out for the PCV side can and nothing for the breather can.

I don't have an issue with my oil smelling. A long time ago I did have the stock pcv and a krank vent inline going to the intake manifold and a breather on the front, unfortunately the front breather would become dirty very quickly.

All of these setups are a toss up between removing vapour/oil in help to reducing caking up of the TB and intake manifold or not allowing this to happen, obviously a reason to run a catch is the above and/or reduce oil content in the air to reduce knock/increase timing advance which equals power, not forgetting not allowing boost to enter the crank case.

My cc is collecting oil and vapour so it's working but I can see why folk still have the connection between cam case-pcv-krankvent/supra valve-intake manifold to draw it out.
currently I have both stock ports on the VC going to my catch can, in 10k miles it hasn't accumulated a single drop of oil..

So thats the same as my setup right?

What i still dont get it how does the oil and vapour escape through the hoses?, does it just get expelled out or make its way to the catch can? or does just most of it sit in the cam case?

Previous under vacuum i guess when stock it would be sucked out by the intake manifold (rear port) and intake suction (front port), correct?

yeah basically the same as yours.. thats the thing with a vented catch can, there is no vacuum so its only helping in boost by letting excess pressure escape. By having a PCV on one port, and a breather on the other you get the best of both worlds I suppose. I will probably put a sealed catch can inline with the PCV valve to collect any oil that might come through. And leave the front breather port connected to one port of my vented catch can.
