Moving on to a larger turbo won't solve the issues. You are making the same or less than a completely stock s2000 would so something is definitely wrong.
Make or buy a boost leak tester and test your system. Could be a leak in any of the couplers or throttle body, etc.
What injectors are you using? FIC is known to be pretty horrible but somthing else is definitely causing your car to not make any power with that turbo. When working well would probably only make like 265 or so since that is a vry small turbo but 205 something is not right.

Looks like you got a gremlin, you may want to try another EMS like the emanage ult if you have one that you can get. Is the car going into vtec? It may be a easy as different plugs, bad ground wire, wrong map sensor, or poor tuner. I think is just a small issue, the bitch is trying to figure it out. Been there done that and my issue was just a bad ground.

^Wouldn't be so sure though. EMS will be infinitely better yes but regardless of how horrible fic is, still should have made at least 250+whp.

I really appreciate the help guys thanks! The car runs great right now and hits vtec perfectly, not to mention its a ton of run to drive with all the added torque from 2500rpm. My injectors are stock as well. I will start saving for a better ecu such as the aem ems or hondata, then find myself a good tuner. I will check to find out if its a boost leak and some of the other issues stated. So my low numbers wouldnt have anything to do with only running like 4-5psi right?

No, we have it recirculating back into the cone. The wastegate is located just under the turbo. I will try get some more pics up later. We just finished one of the final heat shields today.

No it wouldn't. At peak rpm your making the same as a Stock N/A s2000. At 5psi x 15whp ave. is what you should be seeing. Which would put you at 280whp and what I would expect. From your description it sounds like you are seeing 5psi at a lower rpm and then in the mid range/vtec aprox you start to lose boost, by the time you hit redline you are not seeing it at the manifold anymore which is why your max hp is like N/A. Check for boost leaks, becuase its going somewhere other then your engine at some point in the rpm/load range.

If you don't want to make a boost leak tester can buy one of these from ebay.
Think those have a 2.5" inlet right? I know those are big in the DSM world. Almost bought one myself.

Here are some on ebay if interested.
