This sounds like it would fit your criteria:

ScienceofSpeed Supercharger System:
http://www.scienceofspeed.com/products/eng...0_Supercharger/

$4995.00 - 2000-05 aftercooled system
$800-$1000.00 - typical labor (if you don't plan on installing yourself)
$90.00 - dyno run

total: $5885.00 - $6085.00

Cheers,
-- Chris

My combo...with the right conditions and it not heat soaked I would have been over 300 HP. You can expect a little over 300+rwhp on AP1. AP2s are higher.

2001 AP1 w/Individa exhaust+TP (all else is stock)
SoS SL SC
AC

Best run after tweaking for AFR on Dynojet
(this actually was the 10th run, car and AC were a little warm):
72.39degF, 48% Humidity
290.69 HP @ 8600rpm
182.08 TQ @ 8300rpm
Boost = 5.15
AFR = 12.23

You can't go wrong with the SOS kit. The installation is clean and simple.
