The more I read on the SOS, the more I like it. It has the clean install that comes with the comptech design, but offers better performance and upgrades for the future need on power addition! Can't wait to sell my Vw so I canget one ordered.

u might consider about the vortech aswell..
nice kit with good price, if u can find one on street( means not directly from Vortech itself)

as my DBW tuner kit i paid ($3500 + shipping)
injectors and clip sets goes for 450 shipped.

and my k-pro i paid $1500 , DBW only option for ECU tunning.

total $5500 + labor and tunning witch is another $1300 ..

i will have atleast $400 at the wheel, if u don't want that much, then stay with the stock pulley $8psi. u will be around 350whps or a little more, but u need a very good tuner..

The ap1 won't see 350whp off the standard vortech without a pulley upgrade. The ap2 might be able to, but not the ap1... He has an ap1.

If you want to get to 350whp with an AP1 or Ap2, you will need about 10psi. This is the average. The SOS website is pretty accurate as far as boost/power numbers I have found with my own car.

F22 is a stronger motor per rpm then F20, but f22 is also rpm limited in stock form which means on a SC you don

thanks alot chris, with the SoS setup what is the general hp output?
Take a look at the dyno page:

The standard aftercooled for AP1:

+112 hp over stock.

Well sure with "enough suports" i'm talking the average guy with a cat back. 400whp at 10 psi with any SC is not typical or comon but i'm sure it can be done with enough porting/matching and tuning.
