One question though......What about us that are running -10 feed lines and the Full Blown fuel rail? Any provisions for people running larger AN lines? I don't think it would be good to choke down from a -10 to what this looks to be, -6 sized line.
Chad, the system installs in the return line (not the feed). You're correct though; those are -6AN fittings/adapters. If your return line is currently -8AN, you can simply buy -8 AN male/-6 AN female fittings.

In the flex fuel map, you need to active the input (again, I chose 'switch 5' but you can choose T3/T4/Switch2-6). Additionally, you need to turn the rising/falling edge for your switch 'ON'; the falling edge of T3 (VSS) is 'ON' by default and can be left alone. To add channels to the 'Options-Flex Fuel' window, right click in a blank section of the window, right-click, 'insert options', scroll down to your correct switch (Sw5 rising edge/Sw5 falling edge), and add them to the window; turning them 'ON' as previously mentioned:

SoS, I like your mounting solution
Should I get this kit over the link you sent me

cant be used with a series 1 aem ems right?
That is correct
Incorrect. this only Compatable with the aem series 2. The program for the aem series 1 does not have a flex fuel option.

Been on the AEM series 2 Flex fuel for a while now and the system works beautifully. You need two tunes. One regular gas and one E85 map. I find that the fuel correction for the ratio of E85 and gas is a linear relationship with O2 feedback. Ignition timing and boost can also be corrected with e85 % content. I run boost and timing conservatively when the Ethanol content is less than 70% because I mainly fill with E85.

I have only one E85 station 10miles away from where I live. With Flex fuel, I am not worried about running out of gas and getting stuck out in the middle of no where. Just the other day, I was too far from the E85 station so I filled up with 5 gallons of regular gas at another station. Car started right up with optimal A/F. Drove to my destination and than back to the E85 station and filled up. The Ethanol sensor showed E65. Car drove great. Only difference I notice is that I am only boosting 18psi and not the regular 25psi on E85.

One major plus with E85 is that I don't get black soot all over the rear bumper like regular gas.

this works with haltech too. i'm running it on my car. i had a little write up on it here:

as far as the 06-09 s2k goes, you would need to add a return line before adding this sensor.

The stock lines are compatible with e85? You don't have to add a return for 06+ just won't be able to make high power levels due to pressure restrictions I believe.
