Yes they are. I have been running E85 on stock lines for 3 years now. And yes you do need to add a return line for the 06-09 models because this sensor has to be mounted on the return line.

The stock lines are compatible with e85? You don't have to add a return for 06+ just won't be able to make high power levels due to pressure restrictions I believe.

One question though......What about us that are running -10 feed lines and the Full Blown fuel rail? Any provisions for people running larger AN lines? I don't think it would be good to choke down from a -10 to what this looks to be, -6 sized line.

Too bad I will need to buy an AEM V2 as well. Guess I'll just till the whole drivetrain etc is upgraded first...
