Thats a good question. I'm assuming it wont matter what fuel you run but maybe someone can confirm this.

BTW...How are things going with you man? Ive been working on getting my franchise going.

I havent had any problems with my AP1 coil packs when I was at 600 whp. We will see how they do at 700+ i guess.

I haven't had any problem with my coil packs either, running two cars one at 600whp on the roadcourse and the other at 400 street/roadcourse... I run ethanol based fuel with the plugs I mentioned earlier (R5671A-10 and -8 for the street car)

Yeah comon sense tell me that the amount of time/money invested and whats on the line, they wont be relying on a $2 copper spark plug

My money is on the BKR8EIX, I tried several others before these and they have yet to deteriorate.

They run a surface discharge plug made by champion that weighs under 11 grams... it's not $2 but it is copper. The fuel is not exotic as you think either

If you compare that to the allowances of regular gasoline you would be surprised. Due to recent regulations (last 10 years) F1 engines have become much less exotic than you would think. The difference in the cars is mostly in the Chassis now which is unfortunate.

Mase, why not contribute to the thread rather than throwing around undeserved personal attacks.
