He's referring to the Ricks gauges that go in the radio door. They are designed not to interfere with your radio, you don't lose any functionality. They are, however, quite expensive and require a bit of electrical know-how.

Thats a great idea, and would be nice for a race setup..

I bought the aem serial gauge that monitors all the aem outputs as well.

I'm thinking just a simple boost gauge and the aem gauge will suffice.

Btw, from reading the SOS site, I don't believe it replaces your oem pillar, it just sits on top of it.

^ I don't think it looks that bad at all. I see you cut a spot out for the air vents.

What did you do? Remove the oem pillar and just put this one on by itself?

How hard was it to put the guage above the start button? What do you have to do to mount it there exactly? Is there a diy thread for that? I like that location because I never use that damn button anyway. I have seen other also flush mount it also.

Thanks

I had the A pillar pods using AEM gauges, but didn't like advertising I am modded... my next set of gauges will be the PLX DM200...cut some holes in the radio door cover and put these in....

I have the A-pillar, I'm not crazy about it, but it does the job. Those PLX gauges look pretty cool, I haven't seen them before.
